Caterpillar Craft for Kids

To make the Caterpillar craft, you’ll need:

  • Colored construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Marker pen
  • Glue

How to make the Caterpillar Craft:

Download and print the template for the Caterpillar Craft. The template contains the parts of the Caterpillar Craft, including the head and torso, ears, and legs.

Trace the parts of the template onto a colored construction paper of the appropriate color and cut them out. If you cannot print the template you can just trace circular shapes using a cookie cutter on pieces of colored construction paper of your choice and cut out the paper circles. You’ll need six of them and you’ll have to draw the legs and the antenna.

Fold the paper circles into half, apply glue to the corners, and stick them to form the Caterpillar’s body.

Stick the antenna to the appropriate position on the head and stick the Caterpillar’s head to the body.

Now, Attach the legs to either side of the caterpillar’s body and stick them.

Use a black marker to draw the eyes, cheek, and mouth

Your Caterpillar is ready!
