Supplies required:

  • Colored construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • A pair of Googly eyes
  • Black marker

How to make the Ladybug Craft:

Download and print the Template for the Ladybug Craft for kids. The templates contain the parts of the Ladybug Craft, including the head and torso, eyes, and ears.

Trace the parts of the template onto a craft paper of appropriate colors and cut them out. If you cannot take a printout you can just trace circular shapes using a cookie cutter and other shapes using a scale onto pieces of colored paper and cut out the paper circles and other parts.

Grab the rectangular cutout and draw spots on it using the black marker.

Fold the paper in accordion style. Now, fold it in the middle and join the sides to form the Ladybug’s body.

Take the paper circle, and glue it to the Ladybug’s body.

Glue the googly eyes to the Ladybug’s head and draw the mouth.

Stick the ear cutout to the Ladybug’s head.

Your Ladybug Craft is done!
